Tasked, along with another designer, to refresh the company awards trophy. Together, we concepted and iterated on ideas with stakeholders. Inspired by the company lanyard. We came up with the idea of a medal and a pin, allowing winners display the model on their desk with a specially designed stand, as well as wearing the pin on their lanyard, to show off their award!

On the back, listed are the company employee values. Emphasising that the winners were embodied all these values wholly.
